Hi dear customer,
all our products are shipped worldwide.
We use tracked shipping package for any order.

We know that shipping costs may seem high, but due to too many lost orders, we decided to ship only with tracked shipping, first of all for the security of your order. Place an order with 2 or more items to save money on shipping :)

All orders received by 2 PM CET will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. Standard transit time for Europe is 5-10 days, for America & Africa is 10-14 days, for Asia & Australia is 10-21 days. In some cases, the transit time may take longer depending on location. If your order doesn’t arrive within the mentioned standard time, please ask at your local post office if they don’t have a package for you. If it’s not there, please get in touch so we can track it for you. We do not take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. We are not responsible for mistakes made by local posts.

We can provide a tracking code until Italian Post International Exchange Center if your order is placed from these countries:
